    I returned a controller for repair during its warrantee which was fine but unfortunately UPS has lost the package after it was despatched from Germany. I have started a claim and have a UPS claim number but I need to to contact Microsoft now to understand
    what the status of a refund or replacement item is but I don't have any contact details - can you please provide

    Hello, if UPS lost it I would think they are at liberty or refund. You need to get in contact with both to see how this will play out.

    http://commerce.microsoft.com     sign in there and search through there for the period in question to find the purchase date for Bioshock.

    Once you have the specific date of purchase for Bioshock itself, have a talk with a Billing Agent using Option 1 after finding your country's support line at
