    Lost info


    Yesterday was not able to login all day, tryed reinstall microsoft jigsaw with no change.

    Today could log in but all my daily challenges are gone and a few puzzles i had already bought show as for sale again. Before i had "all" puzzles bought and already done all most difficult levels on all and a few some of the easyer levels.

    Looks like an old backup was restored over my info.

    Can u fix it please ?

  5. NO it won't I was told that since I was signed in when doing all my puzzles they would not disappear, and I have been having the same issue of really shotty programming with this puzzle program from Microcrap! I did an online chat
    with a support rep and he had me reinstall, well guess what...all my collections GONE...let ,me said it again...GONE. This software constantly hangs and can't move piece for like 30 seconds, etc...so something more is wrong with this software than a simple
    reinstall!! Most of my issues started after Windows 10 updates...

    Tried all and reinstalled and it's the same. gives an error that item can no longer be purchased when starting and then it's the same. a few of the puzzles i had already bought and finished just show as if not bought.
