    Lost hardcopy, bought digitally. Lost saved content.


    Recently lost my hard copy of Naruto Storm 4/Road to Boruto video game which included all of the dlc's. So unable to play the game, I bought the game digitally on the marketplace in hopes to replay the game with all my saved content and dlc's. When starting
    the game up I noticed that not only did my dlc's has not loaded in but the story mode and unlockable characters I had previously were set back to default, as if I had not played the game before at all. I checked "manage game" and dlc's were not showing up
    in my ready to install. So I need help recovering all my lost content. I even tried to reinstall the game but that just seemed to make it worse.

    i cant play my xbox one game form xbox store after factory reset

    if it was digitally downloaded, it is lost as a reset formats the hard drive, if you have it on disc you should be able to play it but might lose your saved progress

    Had you bought any extra content, for some reason when I bought Undead Nightmare I lost my main game save and had to start again, TBH, wasn't to much of an issue I hadn't played for ages and I loved the campaign anyway.

    I have the limited edition. Bought it when it came out. My original save game, i got the Limited Content activated. But since then I've had to replace that hard drive and lost all my saves. I've been playing the game again, can't afford the new one.
    But I can't figure out how to get the Limited Ed content to work again.

    What do you mean about no saved content? My son lost all his saved content on Lego and he was a long through the game and had unlocked nearly all the character's , there was tears that day! :(

    Remove the account in which the code was redeemed. All his content is linked to his account so nothing will be lost (saves, online progress, achievements, purchased content, etc.)
