    Would that 249.99 price include trade in, and can you get say. The Halo MCC bundle, or even the COD AW 1TB bundle at that price?

    Sorry to hear it. Unfortunately codes that were part of a bundle cannot be replaced. How did you lose it? Have you check the entire box including under the flaps?
