    lost GFWL purchases


    Hello, a few years ago I bought Flight Simulator X on the GWFL marketplace.

    Since that time somehow the game has deactivated, with GWFL servers being down I can no longer activate my product or retrieve my CD key since it was a digital purchase.

    Do people who bought games on GFWL have any recourse? I tried using live help but kept getting shifted between departments since nobody at MS seems to own GFWL support now.

    Do you have the GFWL client downloaded? When you purchase the games they're purchased as GFWL games. I would try checking through that to see if you can play it from there.
