    Heya!

    This is a known issue and the proper teams are looking into it as we speak.

    For more info and updates on the status be sure to check out Xbox Live Service Status | Xbox Live Service Outage

    All updates will be posted there as progress is made on a fix. Once everything is green it should clear up and you should see those pop up.

    The latest advice being shared by Xbox over social media, is to delete your profile and download it again to recover the lost gamescore

    Same problem.

    I lost ALL my xbox one and pc gamescore, over 100K

    I turn on my old xbox 360 and this is the result, only 135 G on xbox one
