    Lost Games


    Well hello there. I reseted my pc and when it was done i Went in to the computer to download back Forza Horizon 4, and i Went in to library category and looked for it but could not find it. So i looked for it in the Microsoft store and it says i have to
    buy it again. But i started up Xbox in windows and all my achivments are still there but cannot get the game unless i buy it agian. And i have looked at my payment history and it isnt there ither and im so confused. I searched in the search tab in my pc storage
    and there i found my forza files in windows.old folder. But i still cant do anything about it. I have searched around the internett but cannot find anything. Please i would love that i got some help so i can get back to the Forza grind agian. Lost Games :)

    Hey Max!

    Is it possible that you were a member of the Xbox Game Pass Subscription? If that has expired or been cancelled and you did not originally purchase the game (why its not in your order history) you would need to either purchase the game or reactivate your
    Game Pass Subscription. It could also be that the game was originally purchased on a different Microsoft account or was being game shared from an account that owns the content.

    Hmm… okey im pretty sure that i bought it and not whit game pass. But if i get it agian will my progress that i have done in the game still be there? Lost Games :) Cause today after i readed your message i looked if my achivments till where there and it wastn...

    Hi there,

    since you said the name changed (and you are sure it's the correct email address) a cause could be that somehow a new account was created on top of your old account, which overrules the old (correct account)

    In such situation it's best to contact official Xbox Support by Phone or Microsoft Support Chat at
    http://support.xbox.com/contact-us

    They can do a check based on the GTs if that is indeed the case and for the steps on how to solve the situation.

    As indicated, the purchases you made are tied to the gamertag that made them. Go to your Download History under Account Management and redownload them.
