Lost games history and about 13k GS on Xbox One

A few days ago on both Xbox 360 and Xbox One there were issue with unlocking and viewing achievements. I didn't know about that, and I was playing Peggle 2, but I saw something is wrong. I should got achievement, but I didn't. Later I saw that all of my
games in the achievements app was disappeared, but I had my correct Gamerscore. Yesterday I saw that some of them were back, so I thought that everything will be ok. I was wrong, today I saw that I lost about 13k my Gamerscore. I checked my gaming history
and I lost Gamerscore from games which I completed a months ago. Forza Motorsport 5, Ryse, Dead Rising 3, Wolfenstein, Titanfall, Max TCoB, Battlefield 4, NfS Rivals, PVZ Garden Warfare, Thief, FIFA 14 - I completed most of them, and now have 0/1000, and
don't have even notification that I was playing tese games. I lost also my Day 1 achievement. I would be thankful if someone will be able to help me.

just dont trust me i tried it i got kicked off xbox live 4 a year jus dont do it ok??? i just also lost all my gs tat is y i dont have 23000 and all my game history lastly it took my avatar

 

When you realise you've lost 5000 Gamerscore overnight

Had the same issue, yesterday I had 93k GS and came online to find I lost about 6k GS.

 

They're all still there on Xbox.com, which is great news.

Go ahead and log out of your account on your One and log back in. Hopefully that should reset things.

 

On Xbox.com I see only Peggle 2, Crimson Dragon, AC Black Flag, Tomb Raider DE, Halo Spartan Assault, MGS Ground Zeroes, Watch Dogs, CoD Ghost and Zumba, the rest just gone. The same situation is on Xbox One, and on Xbox One Smartglass. On all devices I
have 155k GS, but I should have about 168K. I tried log out, but it didn't work. I tried to do hard reset, but nothing changed. I have no idea what to do :/

What happens if you load up one of the games that disappeared? On your console, once having started the game does the achievement app say you have 100% unlocked or 0?

Maybe start with one of the easy full completions in case you do have to start over...

 

As I said I completed some of these games a few months ago, I just sold a few of them. I'm worried to run games on Xbox One, I don't want to lose more. Are You serious with starting over ? I spend hundreds of hours on these games and I don't want to play
it again. I just want to have my achievements back. How it is possible that games and achievements just disappear from my profile, how ?

Max was a fairly easy completion right? Try that first. Hopefully your game save stored on the system or in the cloud will make it 'remember' you completed the game and give you the full 1000G back. If it does that, you will be okay to start the others and
the achievements should come rushing back.

The problem is that not even Xbox.com is saying you have these achievements, which is not great news. If it were just the console saying you didn't have them, the easy fix is to remove the account from the console and then sign in again. (Btw, did you try
removing your account? I see now you only said you power cycled. Go into Settings and remove it completely and then sign back in.)
