    The first thing I am looking into. I have been charged twice for my Microsoft ultra today and I can't get a live support to find out why.

    The second thing. I recently had to change my account information and now I can't access any of the games that I had under the previous account. And I can't get access to that account. I did manage to contact a live support, but she insisted that I buy a
    security package because everything had been hacked, including my computer and tablet. I don't believe it. She also said that I would have to buy the games all over again.

    You as a user can review the purchase history of your account and the charge and the concept will be shown there. https://account.microsoft.com/billing/payments and in turn in your Microsoft account Purchase History https://account.microsoft.com/billing/orders/

    Unfortunately, if the charge you indicate is not shown there, Microsoft Privacy Policy cannot provide any information and you must report these charges as fraud to your bank or payer.
