    Lost Gamertag


    I was selling my gamertag (TwilightxSaga) i guess i was foolish, i sended the information in which the guy said he would of check to see if the information was correct. After he confirmed it he said that he was going to send me the money through paypal which
    i never recieved. I later at 1:01am recieved 2 emails to my alternative saying that a email was added on and mines was deleted afterwards i tried signing in on it and it was no success.

    I'm not 100% if i can or cannot sell my own product but if not i honestly do know now. I tried talking to microsoft support chat and they tried to the best of they're ability but nothing worked out i even tried account.live.com and nothing came out of that
    i was wondering can i get the account perma banned because i know i will never be able to get it back or before he changed the GT and i cannot track him no more.

    If information/screenshot is needed of me giving out my information and of my information being changed i can support.

    Whats this lot worth?

    No the games great, ive given up with the xbox since microshaft lost my gamertag and gamer score in there system on friday night.

    Selling gamertags is a violation of the terms of service/code of conduct. You can file a complaint on the account via the console in order to have the enforcement team investigate it, but keep in mind that you would also be at risk for being banned.

    I don't care about the account being banned if the system is then i'll just have to go and buy a new one i just don't want the thief on my account.

    Unless your tags are still on the console, contacting support is the only way that you can get that info. However, seeing as how you're deaf I have found the hearing impaired number for you. Once you're able to answer some account specific questions, they'll

    You cant use the same email address on two different Xbox Accounts.

    As previously stated you would have to pass security for support to assist you with this issue. This is to protect users information and accounts from being stolen. If you cant remember what info you put on the account and cant verify you are the account
    holder, then unfortunately you will not be able to access the account. Also, to access your bank account details you need to know some security info, if you know this they yes obviously you can access your bank account. But if you didnt know your info do you
    think the bank would let you access the account? No they wouldnt. Same system applies here.
