    Hello Xbox community,

    I am looking for help for my husband's account that we no longer have access to. I made a mistake and reset the system because I was having issues getting into my acct and did not save his acct when I reset the system. He has since made another gamertag
    but our bank acct is still being charged for Xbox Live and the game pass for $9.99. I have tried contacting customer support and went through every avenue to try and locate his old account, the issue is we no longer have access to the phone number that was
    tied to the account (his phone was stolen and had to get a new number) and cannot remember the email address. He also still receive emails from Microsoft and Xbox about promotions and other things. I know because of not having access to the phone number and
    not remembering the email address, that I could be anyone trying to hack the system or get information that isn't mine. This whole situation actually happened a couple of years ago and I have talked to customer support which is an automated voice that just
    refers you to go to the website. I have done the online chat thing but have gotten no where with them either. I could tell my bank I didn't authorize the transaction but they're going to charge at least half to cancel it, so I don't see the point in that.
    I may have to do just that if you guys are unable to help in any way.

    Unless your tags are still on the console, contacting support is the only way that you can get that info. However, seeing as how you're deaf I have found the hearing impaired number for you. Once you're able to answer some account specific questions, they'll

    You will most likely need to call Xbox customer support directly for this issue.

    People here can't gain direct access to account information or details.

    You cant use the same email address on two different Xbox Accounts.

    As previously stated you would have to pass security for support to assist you with this issue. This is to protect users information and accounts from being stolen. If you cant remember what info you put on the account and cant verify you are the account
    holder, then unfortunately you will not be able to access the account. Also, to access your bank account details you need to know some security info, if you know this they yes obviously you can access your bank account. But if you didnt know your info do you
    think the bank would let you access the account? No they wouldnt. Same system applies here.
