    LOST GAMERTAG!


    I have xbox one but had to send it in for repairs. So I tried to play on my friends xbox by putting my info in and when I signed in it gave me a new gamertag, said I played no games, and had no friends??? Does anyone know what happened?

    No the games great, ive given up with the xbox since microshaft lost my gamertag and gamer score in there system on friday night.

    Maybe you used some wrong login credentials. If you use the same emailadress you use on your Xbox you should be able to download your profile to your friend's Xbox.

    But as you also appear having 0 gamerscore here in the forums just one important question:

    Were you using your Xbox One on- or offline? If you were using it offline all the time your profile was not stored in the cloud but only locally, so all your progress got lost with your console unfortunately.

    I know I was online because I played destiny with my friends online with xbox live gold and got achievments and points towards my profile when achieving them.

    No the account i am posting right now is my new one. The old one is 22, even why i sign in with my normal email on account.xbox.com it just signs me into this new one.

    Are you signed into Outlook or Office 365 with a different email to the one you use for your Xbox Live account? You need to make sure you're signed out of every Microsoft service first. If you're signed in with emailABC on Outlook but your Xbox Live account
    has email123, then it'll still sign you in with emailABC if that makes sense? Make sure you're signed out of everything then try again.

    You are using wrong email address to sign into your account. That's why it gave you this random new GT.

    Unless your tags are still on the console, contacting support is the only way that you can get that info. However, seeing as how you're deaf I have found the hearing impaired number for you. Once you're able to answer some account specific questions, they'll

    You cant use the same email address on two different Xbox Accounts.

    As previously stated you would have to pass security for support to assist you with this issue. This is to protect users information and accounts from being stolen. If you cant remember what info you put on the account and cant verify you are the account
    holder, then unfortunately you will not be able to access the account. Also, to access your bank account details you need to know some security info, if you know this they yes obviously you can access your bank account. But if you didnt know your info do you
    think the bank would let you access the account? No they wouldnt. Same system applies here.
