    I tried to sign in to my account and got a message that there was a problem with my account and that i had to to go account.live.com. When I was on the page there was NO INDICATOR that I had a problem. I was prompted to change my password, I did. I then
    contacted customer service, i was walked through trouble shooting, and then my gamertag changed instantly to another gamertag :ScurvyCactus34. I looked at my friends list, it was gone and the announcement read 55 minutes ago "BrickyCascade34 is now known
    as " ....I was NEVER known as BrickyCascade34. I lost everything, gamerscore, gamertag and ALL my games are gone. Any game that I bought digitally is gone. All that money gone. I cannot even get into my Netflix account. Please help. I do not
    have many possessions, but my xbox is special. Please help.

    Lost friends list!

    One thing you can do is if you played Reach or Halo 3 with them you can look up the game history and get names that way. Just do it ASAP because Bungie.net is doing away with all that stuff very soon.

    edit: the new gamertage is ScurvyCactus 27, not 34. And the other gamertag is BrickyCascade 34

    You may have accidentally created a new gamertag overtop your existing one. Can you please post your original gamertag so we can check?

    edit: the new gamertage is ScurvyCactus 27, not 34. And the other gamertag is BrickyCascade 34

    Hello,

    You can report a gamertag by going to friends list on the menu. Change the setting to recently played and select the gamertag and there will be a lost of option including the option to report.

    Hey Ruhg- Unfortunately there is no way to get your friends list back. You could try calling Xbox Customer Support however, I don't think that data like that is saved.
