    Lost gamerscore


    Hi been advised to post on here regarding issue I am having.

    My gamerscore has dropped by over 12k in the last week, and leader board not adding any new scores. Noticed several of my completed games are now showing 0 score.

    A Microsoft support has been assisting, but finally asked to post on here for resolution.

    Lost Gamerscore but show unlocked achievements when open game! What is going on????! I’ve lost over 50,000 gamerscore when I transfer my account to a Xbox one console! I’ve worked hard for those points

    Gamerscore reset after playing Mass Effect 3?

    i've lost over 52 thousand gamerscore as well!!!!

    I as well have just lost 8k in a matter of minutes. Extremely unhappy, the main reason I stay with Xbox if for the achievements.

    Have not lost any achievements but the gamerscore leaderboard has stopped updating ? Been like this for a week am getting achievements there just not going on leaderboard

    Seems to be a issue with xbox live, if you click on the games with 0 Gamerscore they will actually say unlocked and on what date you unlocked it. I think it fell out of sync and should fix itself.

    Yeah, Its not just you. It stopped updating a couple of days ago. The monthly leader board ended with the scores that were there (Which makes it inaccurate). It's unknown if they will change last month's leader board to reflect this,
    add your points to this month's or neither. However, your total gamer score should be accurate

    Husband 24 hour ban for no reason.

    If you lost just your 360 Gamerscore then it's probably been reset for modding it.

    They don't reset gamerscores without a thorough investigation.

    yep i have this to and i lost my gamerscore to. idk if its lost cuz if i click on the game it still says i has the gamerscore but when some one clicks my acc it says i have 10 g
