Lost Gamerscore Overnight

I have lost about 6,000 Gamerscore overnight. Yesterday, it was at 79,802 and today it is at 73,382. The last achievements I got were for Marvel Puzzle Quest: Dark Reign. Also yesterday, I got achievements for Gears of War Judgement. Any ideas why this is
happening? I see a similar issue in the forums from over a year ago that says it is resolved but... maybe it isn't?

120000+ gamerscore loss overnight?

I had just broke 354000 Gamerscore last night and when I turned on my system today its reading I have 233592 Gamerscore now. curious why I lost 120000+ overnight and how it can be fixed.

I have lost about 4500GS from my original Gamerscore of about 11770, which then fell to 113475 gs, my current Gamerscore online. I have proof that my Gamerscore is way above the mentioned amount as my Xbox 360, which is connected online, shows the total
sum of both Xbox 360 and Xbox One to be 117895 GS.

Xbox One: 18025

Xbox 360: 99870

That amount minus the current gamescore showing online reveals that I had lost 4420 GS. I even went on the Xbox Enforcement site to see if I was in violation of any TOS, but it showed that I was in perfect standing. I have not received any warning nor emails
about this change to my Gamertag, I hope this issue can be resolved as soon as possible.

Are your Gamerscore from the console different with your online Gamerscore? You could actually compare if there's any difference. Also, if you did get the achievements, you could check that from the console to confirm.

 

No, they all match. That isn't the issue. The issue is that I had a lot more Gamerscore showing less than 24 hours ago than I do now. That is a lot of Gamerscore to just suddenly lose for no apparent reason.

Good idea, but no. I am still showing a perfect record. No enforcements for me.

 

Funny enough, all of my lost achievements have now been restored as mysteriously as they disappeared.

Indeed! It all came back around 10pm EST last night as mysteriously as it disappeared. That was a very strange day and it had phone support scratching their heads as well. Anyhow, thanks for trying to help!

 

ive got the same problem on the 18th december 2017 i lost 91,000 gamerscore ive been unlocking achievements til it fixes but if ive been unlockeing achievements will that stop my score from going back to my normal score of 412,000 can anyone help

 

Same issue here, I lost more tan 6000 score without any reason.... Will be recovered? I tried to ask for oficial Xbox support but they don't help.
