    Lost gamerscore on an offline account


    I was playing my XBOX 360 Arcade a week ago and it worked fine. My gamerscore was there. I went into it today (Monday March 14, 2016) and the gamerscore was corrupted. What could be causing this problem?

    After completing Walking Dead Ep2, i lost 2000 Gamerscore!

    Hello,

    Did you play the other games (2000 Gamerscore) offline & recover your profile? This could be the reason you lost your Gamerscore.

    My Gamerscore was reset

    So I recently lost 15 thousand gamerscore.

    I should say that I played offline then online if tha helps.
