Lost Gamerscore Issue

Disclaimer:

*I figured the most reasonable place to address this issue was the Xbox One forums as I have not done as much as turn my 360 on in months now. This leads me to believe this is a problem linked with the One.*

Let me preface this inquiry by saying I have been an Xbox Live member for 8 years. Across this time, I had reached
~120,000 gamer score on my profile. This is primarily through Xbox 360 games as I have very few games for the Xbox One.

Last night, I logged on to my Xbox One after a week long vacation and used the console to watch Netflix. I also removed an extra account on the console (not mine) and later went to bed. It was this morning after logging in and playing a few games
that I realized my gamer score (previously ~120,000), was now at 4,285.

I quickly recognized that every single game played on the Xbox 360 had been wiped. The record of playing the games remained, but each and every achievement I had earned was no longer present (accounting for the roughly
116,000 drop in gamer score).

I immediately called support and spent 45 minutes with a representative attempting to solve the problem. I have checked both the Xbox One and my computer profile to confirm that both show the same numbers. After going through the troubleshooting steps, he
contacted a supervisor who told him I was to be referred to the forums.

Any help would be absolutely appreciated. I understand that gamer score is "just a number," but I truly did pride myself on all that I had done. After all, they aren't called achievements for a reason, right? I really hope this issue may be resolved.

I'm having an issue with my gamerscore,i lost over 10,000 points please help.

I want to know why my gamerscore is 32k less is any issue or I lost my points!?

 

Sorry to hear it. It sounds as though you may have had a gamerscore reset. You can double check this either by posting to the suspensions forums:

Or logging into the Enforcement Page to see if there has been anything done to your account.

I would suggest checking the Enforcement page first then post to the suspensions forums if necessary.

I checked the Enforcement Page and it appears as of July 8th, 2015, I was flagged for "account tampering." The concern I have is that not only was I out of town week (with absolutely no access to my Xbox) of the alleged banning, but nowhere in the given
'punishment' on the Enforcement Page does it list having my gamer score stripped from me. Is there anything that can be done?

 

I see. What you'll need to do here then is to post to the suspensions forums using the link I provided above. The PET will let you know exactly what happened and why.
