Ok, I asked for help on Support, and I was told to submit a post to the forums.

"Like 4 or 5 months ago someone hacked my account, (That's fixed already), and my dad disconnected my xbox from the internet because he said "then someone would hack me again", and I played offline for all this time, so today I wanted to play one of my downloaded
games, but I needed to transfer my licenses to play the game, so I asked my dad to reconnect me to the internet so then I could download them; the problem is that I had to download my account again (because if I didn't I was not going to be able to connect
to Xbox Live), and after downloading, my G-points got changed to my the state I had the last time I connected, and probably many games progress too."

I wanna know is there any way to recover to the gamescore I had before connecting again. Any help is appreciated.

Hi! No, I'd never had an xbox live account. I understand that's probably the reason, as I've been accumulating points offline. just don't really get why this is though? And why are only some games affected and not others? Particularly the older games like
Oblivion...It kinda seems I'm being punished by microsoft for NOT having a live account! Is there any way to recover these points at all? I read somewhere that putting the discs for these games into your console will make the points reappear? (which i find
doubtful). Again, any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

But it does not seem like there is a fix for it.

 

Gamerscore that you earn while offline does not usually carry over when the gamertag is added back to an online status.

However, sometimes playing consistently online may eventually pop those achievements for you again. Keep playing will linked to Live and see if they pop up for you.

Also, your gamertag cannot be hacked on the Live service. If you didn't give someone your log in details you may have accidentally given then enough information to guess it. Try to be more careful in the future to prevent losing your gamertag again.

 

Thank you, so, do I only have to play for my lost achievements to come back again? Also how long does it will take for this to happen?

 

*Also, seems like the game's progress wasn't affected at all; I do have all my levels and stuff unlocked, but still no achievement recover

 

You may not be able to re-earn achievements easily as the games think you have been awarded them and you still have the same game saves, but the servers don't know about them (on your console, the profile from the server overwrote your offline copy of your
profile). In many cases you will probably have to restart the game in order to get the achievements again.

 

Does the xbox has cache or something so I can recover my previous profile and try to connect with it?

 

It doesn't. When you re-downloaded your profile, it overwrote the version saved on your console.

Even if you had saved a copy on a flash drive, next time you connect it that too would be overwritten because the server recognises the new one as the proper version and anything done offline is lost.
