    My x box has set!!! me up for a new gamer tag and i cant get the old one back !! ! Pluse every time i try and get in contact with them the syystem is either down or no one pays attention!!! PLEASE HELP XBOX PEOPLE IM TIRED OF SEE IN 80151904 COMING UP EVERY
    TIME I TRY AND LOG IN IT IS NOT COOL! Any suggestions or contact from microsft by an actual persopn would be much appeciated or by anybody out there who might be able to help!

    Hey there! When you try to sign in with a WLID that isn't attached to a GT, it will try to create one for you (PersistedOregon). My assumption is you are trying to log in with the incorrect information. Have you tried any other WLID/password that could have
    been tied to your old account?

    Error 80151904 occurs when using Xbox Live on Xbox 360

    You see one of the following error messages when you try to use Xbox Live on your Xbox 360 console:

    Can't connect to Xbox Live.

    Status Code 80151904

    Sorry, Xbox Live profiles can't be downloaded right now. Please try again later.

    Status Code 80151904

    This may mean one of the following:

    • There's a temporary problem with the Xbox Live service.
    • There's a problem with your connection to Xbox Live.
    • The Xbox Live profile stored on your console is corrupted.

    Solutions

    To resolve this problem, try the following solutions.

    Solution 1: Check the Xbox Live service status

    If you see any alerts here, wait until the service is up and running and try again:

    Xbox Live Core Services: up and running
    ‎10‎/‎12‎/‎2015‎ ‎09‎:‎12‎:‎40

    Solution 2: Troubleshoot your connection to Xbox Live

    Run the Xbox Live Connection Test. Here's how:

    1. Press the Guide button on your controller.

    2. Select the name of your Wireless Network, or select Wired Network for a wired connection.

    1. Move your Xbox Live profile:
      1. Format a spare
        USB flash drive
        as a memory unit.
      2. Plug the flash drive into your console.
      3. From the Dashboard, go to settings and then select Storage.
      4. Select All Devices.
      5. Select Gamer Profiles, and then select your gamer profile.
      6. Select Move.
      7. Select the memory unit that you want to move your profile to.
      8. Remove the USB flash drive from your console.
    2. Clear the system cache:
      1. Press the Guide button on your controller (the large “X” button in the centre).
      2. Go to Settings and select System Settings.
      3. Select Storage.
      4. Highlight any storage device, and then press Y on your controller. (It doesn't matter which storage device you select; the cache will be cleared for all storage devices.)
      5. Select Clear System Cache.
      6. When prompted to confirm storage device maintenance, select Yes.
    3. Redownload your profile:
      1. Press the Guide button on the controller. Select Download Profile.
        Note Not seeing Download Profile? This means that you're signed in under another profile. Press
        X to sign out, confirm and then select Download Profile.

      1. Unplug the power cable from the back of the router, modem or gateway. If you have a router and a modem, unplug the power cable from both devices.
      2. Turn off your Xbox One console by pressing and holding the power button on the front of the console for five seconds.
      3. Wait five minutes.
      4. If you're using a router, plug in the router and wait for all the lights to return to their normal state.
      5. Plug in the rest of your hardware and try to connect to Xbox Live.

    It sounds like you used a different email address for the old GT. The system won't allow you to create a new tag if the email address is already in use by another tag. Are you sure you didn't use a different email address and password for the old tag? They
    have to match exactly for you to be able to log into your account.
