Lost game saves on Xbox one

1st it was my Forza.5 lost all my cars as well game sync took forever and when it did finish started the game as if I just turned it on for the first time, mind you purchased all but 3 dlc. Packs out of 17.. now the same thing with my madden 15, and I have
over 80 dollars tide up in premium booster packs as well lost my hole mut team which had over all rating of 84 and when I try to reboot my saves won't up load and game starts me back from very beginning as though I just purchased it. Both games I spent o
error 695 hrs on both and we'll over 170 dollars in real money on down loadable content goes without saying I am very upset called yesterday on the Forza.5 and we spent he plus with no positive out come was told to call today if persisted well it not only
persisted but now 3rd eating my other gameside as well, please help

moving 360 save on xbox one to xbox one X

Hi all, i lost all my progress on Forza Horizon when i moved the save to the xbox one. I started over, and now that it is enhanced on the Xbox One X i am trying to continue my save on that. Trouble is the save isn't recognised so the game just wants to start
from the beginning. Is the save not in the cloud for any of my xboxes to use? How do i play the game on Xbox One X when the save is one the Xbox One??

I'd suggest you delete you profile from the One and then try to redownload it again, so the games can be resynced wiht the cloud. This maybe fixes your problem if its just a syncing problem. If this doesnt fix it, please call the support again for further
assistance.
