    is my game tag i recently lost my saved data for assassins creed syndicate i was within 50%of completion within the game i had both charecters up to lvl 10 im on xbox one my email is *** Die E-Mail-Adresse wurde aus Datenschutzgründen entfernt. *** it still shows my achievements just no save
    data i spoke to support but even with that they directed me here as we couldnt find cloud data etc please help

    Assassins Creed Syndicate: Bonus Helix Edition Purchase Not Appearing in My Games & Apps

    This is my story regarding the Assassins Creed Syndicate: Bonus Helix Edition purchase I made today:

    -Purchase the game today 1/9/2016

    -Nothing happened after purchase

    - Went to My games & Apps

    - Game is not there or in the "Ready to Install" section

    -Went back into the store to notice the "Buy" Icon has changed to "Manage" like I own it (Which I should)

    -I clicked on manage to be transported to a almost completely grey screen with a title that says "Assassins Creed Syndicate: Bonus Helix Edition" with my gamertag and "Saved Data" under it.

    - I have restarted, un-plugged and restarted, and completely refreshed.

    -Please help - game is missing and money is gone

    I believe the only way to start a new game on assassins creed syndicate is to delete your previous save

    Game in limbo between purchase and queue.

    Hey guys I figured it out, and it's really stupid. So, in the Xbox store if you search for Assassin's Creed Syndicate, all that pops up is the Gold Edition, the Bonus Helix edition, and all the DLC. No base game right? Navigate your store to the Gold
    edition and it'll have "This bundle includes: Assassin's Creed Syndicate, Assassin's Creed Syndicate Season Pass, Assassin's Creed Syndicate A Long Night, and Assassin's Creed Syndicate Huntsman Outfit.". Click on Assassin's Creed Syndicate under Bundle includes.
    This is the base version of the game. The button that normally says Buy or Manage should say Install. Mine did. I clicked it and the game started installing.

    I think it's just a disconnect because for some reason the base version of the game doesn't come up in the searches or the games list in the store, but if you manually navigate to it, it works. Stupid, but at least I'll be able to play this weekend! Hope
