    Lost Game Progress... Help!


    I recently lost access to my xbox account because the email I used is no longer valid and I dont remember the password (so I cant do the whole forgot password thing). Anyway, I created a new account but I've lost access to my saved games. Is there any way
    to move them to my new account? I've read that it's possible with xbox 360 but there was nothing about xbox one..

    i got to the second act and when i went back on it i only had the option to start a new game, tried all of the troubleshooting microsoft asked me to do to fix including the lengthy delete and re install the game, nothing has worked, i am stuck with no way
    to continue my progress with no way to fix it

    I have this same problem, really getting to me. I was on the final act and was nearing the finish (from what i know of) and couldn't load the file after. Prompts to start new game but waiting to see if it will be patched. Not in the mood to find every single
    collectable again.
