    I have just done an update for Call of duty modern warfare, when I went to play the game I got an error code 0x80070490. I looked this up on the xbox support site and read that doing a hard reset should sort this, after doing the hard reset I have now
    lost my Call of duty modern warfare game completely. Using the live chat for about 3 hours to try get this sorted I lost connection when asked to give them a screen shot it has now changed me for the game again but I still have no game. Can anyone help?

    Did the complete opposite, had 84 games owned and now have 21. Lost all my apps, lost the game pass, lost Xbox gold, and lost my other account. Fml

    Hi thanks for your reply.

    I have logged onto xbox though my laptop to check this and it shows the game in the games library but don't show as owned, just says (buy) although I had pre ordered the game before it was released and have been play it since then.

    Hello

    Anything you own will appear in your purchase history or show in the Xbox store as owned. The game isn't linked to the console it's linked to the account. I would double check your purchase history to be sure the game is linked to your account and not another.

    I think that Microsoft will never add Rewards for Russia. We have lost Xbox Game Pass, we have lost Xbox Live Gold... Microsoft has come out from Russia.
