    I was just told by Maylynne from support to post here about the issue I am having. I have lost my Gears of War 3 data. When I loaded it up, instead of red level 61, I was level 1. So I dashboarded and restarted the console. When I reloaded Gears, It said
    I was level 11. Maylynne had me delete and then download my profile, but Gears still has me at level 11 (which is totally random). Then she sent me here, assuring me that the team could recover my missing game progress. Please and thank you for any help you
    can give me.

    When you delete a profile you're given the option to delete only the profile or the profile and all item. If you chose the second option then it did delete your saves. You can redownload your gamertag, but unless you had your saves backed up, there is no
    way to get them back.

    I was helped by Art on chat (9/26 @ 2000)

    My profile had been locked due to some kind of two-step verification.

    I was assisted to delete the profile defaulted to my xbox 360 - but this has deleted all my game progress and all everything associated with my profile.

    Please help

    Lost Game Data

    We can't recover your data, you would have to work your way up to get back there. Try doing a clear system cache and if that does not work delete your xbox profile but keep save data and then redownload it.

    Would the save data happen to be somewhere else? On another hard drive or anything?

    And have you uninstalled the game at all since you last played it? Maybe you accidentally deleted your save data as well.

    I bought an xbox one s. When i play bc games all is fine with some others are not there.

    Game Data Lost

    A lot of games require an internet connection even if not playing multiplayer. In order to sync with your game save in the cloud an internet connection is also required. Without it you can't download your save.

    Hello, sorry it gave that option one time of what save to chose from. So picking the recent saved has overwritten the saves and it probably wont give an option to pick between the 2 again.

    Yes and oddly enough, I have a few accounts and the others are completely in tact. Its just this one that i spent most of my time on that has everything missing. I'd assume it would resync as soon as i entered the game again as ow won't even let you get
    to the menue whithout an internet connection.
