    When I bought Fallout 4 I received a code for Fallout 3 but I no longer have that message. Is there any way to recover?

    Lost old message with game code

    I got a message with game codes for GOW3 and GOW judement. I opened the message today and got the first code but when I went back for the second code the message was gone.

    Hi, I have been talking to an Xbox rep names William A, he said to come here and post about my issue. Basically I have lost access to my old messages, one which contained a 'EA Access' code and I can no longer see it. I was told to ask for the message
    and the code if possible.
