    Lost Game - Battlefield 1


    I am no longer able to open the game. I purchased this game outright from the game store and downloaded it directly from Xbox. Played it for several months no issue, all of a sudden I am no longer able to open the game stating ‘no ownership rights’ and In
    the achievements section of my account shows it only being played 52mins...I was Rank 30+ Prestige 2...

    Can anyone advise? Support centres are close at the moment will attempt to contact them at the next available opportunity...Hopefully find a solution earlier

    connection lost battlefield 1

    Hi ! I have a probleme, battlefield 1 tell me that I lost my connection with the server ! error code (2000). I can't connect in ligne. i could yesterday but not today do you know what's happened?

    Battlefield 1 and Battlefield 4

    I purchased Battlefield 1 and Battlefield 4. I can play the campaigns but cannot access multiplayer on either account. I have tried to uninstall/re-install, clear the cache but it will not allow me access to the multiplayer for either game. Battlefield
    one says my access is denied and battlefield 4 says I have lost connection and when I press "x", I get nothing.

    BEst thing to do is to contact official support since only they can tell you what has happened.
