bought in August bundle with the game the Witcher 3. activated on the account. then the games console was replaced under warranty izi faulty. and the game the Witcher 3 has gone missing from your account.when re-entering the code on the game says the
code is used,and on account of its no

Did you delete just the profile? Or did you delete profile and game saves? If its the latter than you wont be able to recover it

Hi

If you log into the console with the account you used when redeeming the code then go to My Games & Apps and then go to the far right of the games tab the Witcher 3 should be sitting there in a list of titles waiting to install.

Did the complete opposite, had 84 games owned and now have 21. Lost all my apps, lost the game pass, lost Xbox gold, and lost my other account. Fml

if you loss access to the account you bought the games on you cannot get them back. If you lost access due to forgetting details i would recommend resetting security details. If you lost your account through a permanent suspension then you have lost all
the games that you bought with that account.

by switching your silver account into a gold account you lost 2 characters on bl2 correct? if this is the case then there is no way of retrieving lost game data.. you will need to start over with new characters
