    Lost full game download that came with my xbox that I purchased last night. I put in the wrong email address, that does not exist and now I cannot retrieve my game. I was told by customer support that I should post my problem here.

    To clarify, is this in regards to the Name Your Game bundle? If so, you can get a hold of the proper folks through the

    Name Your Game FAQ    . Let us know which specific offer this is in regards to if it isn't the Name Your Game bunde!

    Sorry to hear that happened. Unfortunately we don't have any codes to offer as replacement. If you can find a way to sign in with the account that you redeemed the code with you can set your Xbox One as it's home console to share access to the game.
