    LOST FRIENDS LIST AFTER MOST RECENT DASHBOARD PREVIEW UPDATE


    I lost my friends list after my last update.Its weird it will show recent people played but not my favorites or friends. Is there a way to remove the dashboard and add it back or a way to fix this? kinda sucks not being able to see if my friends are online
    or not. Been like this a couple days waiting for a fix. Please Help

    No Home screen

    After a recent update with the preview dashboard my xbox one my home screen won't load. I can use the kinect voice commands to access my games and apps but there is no home screen or feed. I can also snap things like my friends list and also sign in and

    I've done the most recent Xbox one preview update and after the update social apps like Skype or group chats constantly disconnect and i cannot connect to online games any more or play online with friends

    Message on home page that does not exist

    My problem was solved by the recent dashboard update. It was a video message sent by someone that was part of the dashboard preview. I was not part of the preview and could not access the message until now.

    Dashboard often wont load up after signing in.

    I have tried all these tips and a few listed in other threads. There's a lot of people having these or similar issues. I believe the problem is with the most recent dashboard update.

    Yeah, it sounds like your console is in the preview programme. There are updates most weeks, sometimes more often, and that version number sounds like the most recent preview update.
