Lost Flight Simulator Premium Deluxe - how do I get it back?

I purchased MSFS Premium 2020 in 2020 for my PC from the Amazon website. Last month I suffered a severe problem on my PC which resulted in the need to reinstall Windows to factory settings - which wiped all my data and programs - and I have been spending the last few weeks reinstalling software and data from backup copies I have taken and from software publishers services where necessary. One of the last pieces of software to reinstall was my Microsoft flight simulator software

I went to the appropriate page on Amazon but found that, although the software appears on the 'Your Games & Software Library' page, having used that option for the initial install of the software a couple of years ago it will not let me reinstall the software. I logged into Microsoft but could find no record of having this software on that website.

Whilst they maybe there, I have not found any entries on the Flightsimulator.com forums which address this combination of circumstances. I am, therefore, sending this email, more in hope than expectation, trying to find a solution which would allow me to reinstall the software that I have purchased as, if this fails, I would be left with two undesirable options:
1) to pay out for another copy, in the knowledge that I may have to do that again if a similar problem recurs or I upgrade to a new PC
2) I give up altogether on having access to this piece of software

I very much hope that you can provide me with some usable option to regain access to this software.

For now, there is only the premium deluxe bundle of MSFS which already includes premium deluxe upgrade : Buy Microsoft Flight Simulator: Premium Deluxe - Microsoft Store en-CA

I understand the issue

The code registers to your Microsoft account, assuming you bought the Windows Store version.

Assuming you have logged into the same account you redeemed the code on, I’m explaining premium is a package, which includes the standard version of MSFS. The “premium” part is extra planes. These planes are accessed and downloaded through the marketplace inside the game and not the Windows store.

So I’m asking you to check whether you can download standard, if so, please check the planes inside the marketplace to make sure you got all of them.

If not, you will need to open a ticket at support.Microsoft.com In order to resolve these account issues. No one here has the ability to access your account or make any changes.

Sorry for the slow reply. I feel that I couldn't have made my problem clear as your initial reply does not address the issue I have so I will restate the problem, hopefully more clearly.

The purchase details on Amazon includes a one-time code for downloading from XBox.com which was used when the game was initially

installed and will not now permit a second download from that source

No reference to my ownership of MSFS appears on either my Steam, XBox or Microsoft store accounts

The initial question is, therefore, quite simple, can I retrieve a useable copy of this programme which I purchased only 2 years ago or, to put it bluntly, am I stuffed!

my advice now is call support or open text chat with them as nobody here can access your accounts, so don't list any personal info here for your safety.

easiest way is click startmenu then type get help and select the get help app.

when this is open just type account in the search box then when it loads at the bottom there is a red box contact us, select this and then fill out the relevant info this will take you to a dedicated support chat box with a support worker who can access your accounts.
