Lost Fifa 15 points

My son brought FIFA 15 points through GAME for his Xboxone on 20th June.

He entered the code but no points have been added. It's shown on his billing page.

I've been in contact with EA who have advised i get in touch with you guys.

Any idea where these points went?

So far I've lost £10

Just received this email from EA Sports:

Thank you for contacting Electronic Arts game support regarding your missing FIFA points issue. My name is Casey and will be doing my very best to help assist you with this issue. I first want to extend my apologies for the delay in my response; our email
queues are larger than usual. However not to worry we will still get to the bottom of this issue for you.

I was able to take a look at the image you have provided us and the data collected from your Xbox transactions indicate a Microsoft account credits and not for EA content. I have heard of issues like this when Xbox sells codes on a 3rd party website for
FIFA points and they provide an Xbox code that should be redeemed on their side. The idea is this should trigger FIFA points, however this is entirely managed by Xbox. We can confirm that on that date, Xbox has not notified EA sports on the transaction hence
why no points have been added. We have heard from several customers that these 3rd party codes provided by Xbox are not working. As these codes are not created or Managed by EA sports, you will need to contact Xbox as they should be able to verify the code
used and purposes. In the future we Highly recommend purchasing any FIFA points in game rather then 3rd party codes as they can be tracked by EA sports unlike these 3rd party codes created by Xbox.

Hey there, Supermonkey2199! I can confirm that if you receive a token from a retailer, you will still need to make the purchase for the FIFA points themselves. That code from GAME will give you the currency on the account to make the purchase within the
game. You will want to make those purchases through the in-game menu. Please give that a shot and let us know how that goes!

hello. yesterday there were problems with enrollment purchased fifa points in the game FIFA 15 FIFA 750 points were paid, but were not credited to my account

Hey there, Ant! To get you the best visibility, I went ahead and moved you over to the Xbox One Games forums.

I am sorry to see that you didn't receive the in-game credits you purchased! For issues with your FIFA points, you will need to
contact EA. For in-game currency, the developer is the one that you'll need to go through to get that to show up after you have purchased it. Hopefully they will be able to get this sorted out for you!
