Lost fallout 3 code

I preordered fallout 4 and I did receive the fallout 3 code but i never used it. I wanted to use it today but its too far back in my messages (on my xbox one) for me to find.

my GT is :

the i is a lowercase L

Usually, Xbox Live messages cannot be retrieved once they have been deleted or expired, and the content will be lost. Remember that they expire after 30 days.

A member of the Xbox Forums Support team may be able to help you out, and will reply here shortly to help get your code back though (but I can't promise that you'll get a new code/a reminder of your old code).

i didnt know that i've only had an xbox one for a couple months

 

I lost my message as well and Id really like it if I could somehow get it back.

 

Had the same problem support directd me to here. Tried to redeem the code when sent, but did not work, and so waited, and then the message has been deleted. Some reward for pre-ordering

 

These seems a common problem maybe resend all pre order msgs

Just to reiterate my previous comment so that you all know in the future, all Xbox Live messages (whether from friends or Xbox) expire after 30 days. If there are any messages with a code in (like the Fallout 3 promotion) then the code needs to be redeemed
within this time frame.

A member of the Xbox Forums Support team will comment on this thread soon and they may be able to get those codes back to you.

Also, in the future, can I please ask that you create a new post of your own as it is easier for the support team to manage, and therefore you'll get a quicker response.
