Lost Everything !!! :(

Noticed on COD Ghosts that I had lost all my progress on my play through on veteran and now every other game all my progress has gone in every game !!! All the worlds in Trials are locked , no Fifa data , anything Anybody any ideas ??? I phoned msoft
and they just tried clearing the cache which seems to have made things worse and they told me to take my profile off the xbox which I have done and pit it back on with no luck

I dont think starting over helps. I have twice and everytime I come back to play its corrupted. Contracts mode has become my game for now. I hope they fix it soon.

 

Sorry should just have said its like I'm playing every game from the beginning again !

 

im chatting to them just now apparently its really strange and im waiting for a positive reply (hopefully)

 

When you do a search on your problem a few threads pop up and one suggested that doing a complete system reset solved the problem because it synched with the cloud , got to say I wouldn't fancy it unless it was a last resort.

Thanks for looking up the problem Mark and providing the link Ive been onto support chat and yep a full restore seems to be the only way to go , restoring it now so fingers crossed it all goes well .... oh happy days

 

Cheers mate Trials is at 90 % installed but support say it might take a few hours for everything to sync (as long as it does that will do me)

 

Yesssss !!! Just tried Trials and it's back to normal !!! Thanks again for the advice

Nice 1 lads cheers !! Installed a few more game's last night and everything seems back to normal, I've not got round to installing Lego yet but hopefully the saved game my son lost a while back will come back too.
