Lost everything tied to my Xbox Live account.

Basically, I have the account itself on my Xbox One but I don't have the password or any of the recovery emails or numbers and I can't remember enough information to fill out the form. I've tried everything and have been locked out of this account for
about a year now.

The account was made by my dad around 10 years ago and in that time he's managed to lose everything related to it and me being a dumb kid didn't give it any thought. It came to my attention when the auto sign-in feature that I had been using for years at that
point suddenly stopped and it prompted me for a password. I was stumped and much to my dismay my dad was too.

It's a long shot but I'm just wondering if I have any hope because I've tried everything I can, filled in the form plenty of times giving as much as I possibly can and gone to higher level support team twice.

That is my current situation and it's really sad because of how much history I have on that account and to lose it in such a silly way to poor account management is heartbreaking.

Any feedback or tips would be hugely appreciated and if I missed something simple please let me know. I'm a bit desperate and would just like access to my account back.

I'm sorry to hear that your currently having issues with your account.

If you contact xbox support they can assist you further, we are unable to help with password/forgot emails here.

If you haven't already please try the following solution -

The support agent will know other security measures in order to recover your account, eg; address etc.

Tell the support agent over at - https://support.xbox.com/contact-us

I'm sure they will try their best to get you your account.

I'm sorry to hear about this issue with trying to recover the account. I know it can be frustrating and heartbreaking to run into this situation. Unfortunately the only way to recover your account is through the account recovery form you say you've filled
out many times. You can fill out the form as many times, but only twice a day and you'll need to continue filling out that form to the best of your knowledge. If the system can't verify the account, you may need to make a new account.

It won't be lost but is tied to your own account. It's not possible to transfer achievements and progress to a different account. Your Xbox gamertag is tied to a Microsoft account and they can't be separated.

Yes, Xbox Live Gold can be transferred. The subscriptions are tied to the account not the console. Everything on the account transfers when you log in using the same profile credentials.
