Lost everything in overwatch and in game currency

so i recently got two loot box refunds and i purchased another one for 4.99 recently and i lost all my earned loot which i gained from buying the 4.99 loot box on overwatch and also my in game currency is negative 1000. I was told to contact blizzard and
the Specialist Game Master Vorria told me that this is a xbox error and issue because the purchases were made with xbox. This is exactly what she said on the ticket escalation

This is Specialist Game Master Vorria here, I had a chance to look over your ticket.I see that the previous rep did in fact attempt to reach you twice before sending the response that they did. This is in fact a billing issue. The reason why it's a billing
issue is because the items you got from the loot boxes were purchase with Real World Currency $$.

As this situation took place on xbox you'll need to contact them as the payment goes through them, not us, therefor we wouldn't be able to see what's going on.

Now when this type of situation happens on the PC version it's generally due to a chargeback, this means that the credit card that was used took the money you spent on these loot boxes back. As a result the items received were taken away.

Again though, since this was all done under the console version you'll need to talk with Microsoft support since the payment info goes through them.

New xbox 1, kid used code for trial xbox live, now no one has access to xbox live, so we can't play

Now overwatch says "lost connection to game server Code 202"

if i play overwatch i lost connection and overwatch say lc 202 and from xbox came 0x801900CC why is thes so pls help
