    Lost everything from Minecraft Deluxe bundle


    Hello, so from the start: bought Minecraft Deluxe bundle, started the game when I was logged in psn with ID1 and on same email purchased, started the game, went to shop, then I saw that I have 1600mine coins, wanted to start the game, then I was asked to log in with microsoft account if I want to play online, tried to log in with Microsoft account ID1 , got message that this account is already logged in, but it can't be, (saw in Google that many people had same problem) then I created a new Gmail ID2 so I logged in to that one, then I just started to play Minecraft, after some time I wanted to try those maps from bundle, and I found out that I don't have nothing what I should have from my bundle, I tried to log out from account and tried to log in with ID1 and it said your account is linked to ID2 please log in with that one, so mine PSN account (ID1 was linked with Microsoft account ( ID2 I tried to unlink but I can't, when I click its says can't unlink check your Internet, Internet is good

    So how that could happen? Now I don't have access to mine bundle, I have left only with regular Minecraft game, and game is 13pound I think, bundle is 30, I got nothing, and I see many many people have same problem, playstation support doesn't even bother to answer in email..

    It seems that the only bundles you can purchase are the Minecraft: Java & Bedrock edition for PC and Minecraft: Java & Bedrock Edition Deluxe collection.

    If I preordered the original game how much to upgrade it?

    If the game has an add-on bundle that includes the added deluxe content, then it would just be the price of the add-on.

    If the game doesn't have an add-on bundle, then you'd need to buy the full deluxe game.

    My apologies, I got the digital deluxe add-on bundle through the game pass, not the deluxe edition. It does say I own the when I view the bundle. That bundle allows for early access, but I keep getting the message that I’m to early.

    I never got any redeem code for Minecraft Deluxe edition content

    If your nintendo account email is different from your microsoft account email than this is the solution to receiving your deluxe pack:

    (the deluxe is a bundle not a dlc so no code and will automatically be in your account if your emails are the same)

    When I first purchased the game digitally I automatically logged into my microsoft account that has a hotmail address. I was able to play minecraft as I already had a pc account that owned minecraft so it basically ported my account over to nintendo.

    My deluxe bundle is not connected to hotmail but it is connected to gmail the email I use on nintendo. This meant that not only did the bundle not appear but I also was unable to connect online because it saw my microsoft account as not having nintendo online membership.

    I went to settings and logged out of the microsoft account on nintendo switch. I then restarted my switch. I logged in again on minecraft using the QR code but created an account that used the same email as the account on nintendo switch. Once I did this I checked the marketplace and I had the packs and 1600 coins. I was then able to do split screen with my kids because it associated with the online membership so online use was available.
