Lost email to an Xbox Live account, don't have the profile on my Xbox, but know the Gamertag

Title. I remember my initial Xbox Live account, but I think I made a new one(this one) at some point, but have no way of recovering my old account as I don't remember the email and I no longer have the profile on my Xbox 360. Is there a way to recover
the email with just the gamertag? Someone I can contact about this?

You said this was on a 360 have you ever gotten online and played Multiplayer games with the account?

If you have and know the gamertag for the account then you can contact xbox support by going to support.xbox.com/contact-us and give them the gamertag if they can verify ownership of the account they will be able to give you the email address that is associated
with the account.

I cannot access that type of thing If you are trying to do such a thing I would suggest contacting a xbox support for that ambassadors are volunteers so we cannot access such things

Email addresses can't be given out. That would make it too easy for people to steal accounts.

All gamertags normally a microsoft accounts set up for the gamertag, That is the only guide to help you recover your gamertag.
