Lost Email & Password, But still have account on my Xbox

Hello i'm

I made my account before 2010, when i was still a kid

When i created my account, i used the email address of my parents ( which they abandonned very long ago and don't remember), since the day i made my account i never had to re-write a email address or password ever again to connect to xbox live, since my
xbox 360 used to connect my account and xbox live by itself.

But after many years of not starting my xbox, i decided to give it another spin, i had a couple of major updates to do, and to my suprise when i tried to connect with my profile on xbox live, it asked me a email and a password. something that it never asked
me before.

I thus followed the link to find my password again, it asked for some personnal information, like the
country in which i created the account and which departement ( in the case of france ), and later on asked me on which device i used my account ( skype, xbox, etc) and then later asked me
my gamertag, and the Xbox ID . Both of those which i was able to give since i never changed xbox once, and i never used my account on any other xbox.

So i thought the problem was solved, that with the Xbox ID of my console, the gamertag, the place where i made the account for the first time and departement number, it would be able to get my addres and password back.... but it didn't, so now i'm stuck
with my account locked on my xbox that i cannot use to go on xbox live anymore, and that i cannot use to connect on xbox.com for the future games that will come out on Xbox and PC...

i have litteraly no idea what to do to get back on xbox live/ finding back my older email & password/ being able to change them.

PS : Somebody told me i should be able to see which email is linked with my xbox account, but i cannot see it untill i'm connected to xbox live which i obviously cannot do now ...

At the time when i made my account, i didn't have a cellphone, so i didn't link any to my account.

I've not been able to find a way to contact a real human instead of the automated xbox support system to help with my problem. what should i do and is there anyway for me to have a conversation with a real person to get my account back ?

i'm miguel i'm brazilian i stopped playing on xbox 360 when i played again i formatted xbox and loses my accounts and i don't know imail her gamertag and DF GAMER YT i remembered imail but i didn't go imail i remembered it was miguelcristhian244 @ gmail.com and then I created an account on this imail since I had no account on it

Hi Girard Axel,

I would recommend looking over the Find your Microsoft account email address support tool.

You can use an Xbox 360 console to find your Microsoft account email address.

From the Home screen, sign in to your Xbox 360 console using your Xbox Live-enabled gamertag that has been previously downloaded to the console.
In the upper-right corner, your Microsoft account email address will appear in rotation with your gamertag.

If you have disabled the display of gamertag and Microsoft account information on your Home screen, you can still find them on the
Settings screen:

Go to Settings and select Account.
Scroll right to Your Information and select Account Security.
The Microsoft account associated with your Xbox Live account is shown on the right side of the screen.

If none of these solutions work for you, return to the previous step on the support tool to the right side of the page, then select another method of finding your Microsoft account email address.

When you go to Contact Us, follow these steps to request a chat
with support:

· Step 1 ----select Xbox One

· Step 2 ----select see other options then recover my account

· Step 3-----select show contact options

+ when i try to connect on xbox live while already connected offline with my account," xbox tells me i need a xbox live account to continue " and propose me to either : SIGN UP / SIGN IN / NO THANKS.

SIGN UP : simply doesn't work... when i press A on it, nothing happens, it make a little noise and thats it, even if i'm connected to internet

SIGN IN : when i click it, it shows that i'm already signed in with my account, and the only option are to sign out or cancel. no of those are what i want.

Thank you for taking the time to reply to this thread.

In order to get in touch with an Xbox Rep I recommend that you follow these steps:

Log into Xbox.com

Step 1: Scroll down, and select Support at the bottom left hand side under
Xbox.
Step 2: At the bottom of the page, click on
Contact Us
Step 3 : Select Billing & accounts then "See other options"
Step 4 : Select your Issue – How to protect my account
- Select - "Show contact options"
- Select – Request a call from Support

Keep in mind they will only be able to assist you so far into recovering your account, as not having access to any of the security proofs on your account could result in the loss of your account.

We recommend attempting to use the
ACSR form to recover your account once more.

I'm sorry about any confusion or turmoil this might have caused.
