The best people to contact for email recovery would be the customer support, which you can contact HERE. Be prepared to answer some questions as they wanna verify that the account is yours.

older gamertag or email? if it is the gamertag just log in here and you should see the GT name, if you lost email this is going to be harder i suggest call the Microsoft support
