I am asking this question for a friend who is not tech-savvy so bear with me. She has an Xbox account I think. The reason I say I think is because she does not own an Xbox but she does play Minecraft Pocket Edition(MCPE) where she has purchased a texture
pack. From what I understand, you need an Xbox account to do this. Also, she has a gamer tag in MCPE. Would this be her Xbox gamertag? Also, she knows the credit card info associated with the same gamertag. What she doesn't know is the email or password to
the overarching Xbox account.

I believe we have tried everything we can on our own so I am resorting to this. (Xbox support has "limited resources" right now I assume due to COVID-19.

Any help in solving this is greatly appreciated.
