I had a message sent to my Gamertag with an ea access code and then other day my messages were reset and the code has been lost. Would I be able to get a new code

Could you post back with which specific promotions you would have received these codes for? That will help us know where to look! Additionally, I would ensure that you've waited at least 10 days as these codes normally take 7-10 days to come through after
pre-ordering.

LOST EA ACCESS CODE

I had preordered FIFA 16 1 1/2 months ago and received my 1-month EA Access code through Xbox messages. Now, I can't view it anymore. Is there a way I can get the code re-sent to my account?

It was from pre ordering the game on the Xbox store

I would sugest to do this when you get a code, especially in a case like what happened to you. Go to xbox.com, in messages, and make a screenshot of the message, then copy past in your favourite image program to save. Or you can also just copy manually the
code into a note pad or whatever. Better safe than sorry
