    Lost EA access code


    I had pre-ordered FIFA 16 a while back and received an EA access free one month code. I have not used it since I recieved it. I recieved it though the Xbox live chat. Is there any way to recover the expired chat message so I can get the code back? I have
    been saving it for the holidays and now I see the message deleted. Any help?

    Hey Anky G,

    Could you post back with which specific promotions you would have received these codes for? That will help us know where to look! Additionally, I would ensure that you've waited at least 10 days as these codes normally take 7-10 days to come through after
    pre-ordering.

    I had preordered FIFA 16 1 1/2 months ago and received my 1-month EA Access code through Xbox messages. Now, I can't view it anymore. Is there a way I can get the code re-sent to my account?
