    I had preordered FIFA 16 1 1/2 months ago and received my 1-month EA Access code through Xbox messages. Now, I can't view it anymore. Is there a way I can get the code re-sent to my account?

    Hey Anky G,

    Could you post back with which specific promotions you would have received these codes for? That will help us know where to look! Additionally, I would ensure that you've waited at least 10 days as these codes normally take 7-10 days to come through after
    pre-ordering.

    EA Access code lost!!

    I would sugest to do this when you get a code, especially in a case like what happened to you. Go to xbox.com, in messages, and make a screenshot of the message, then copy past in your favourite image program to save. Or you can also just copy manually the
    code into a note pad or whatever. Better safe than sorry LOST EA ACCESS CODE ;)
