    Hello , i have pre order Fifa 16 deluxe edition on the xbox store . I have received a 1 month trial ea access code on my message box by xbox live , and i have lost it , it's look like i have deleted it or don't know what about it . Thanks you for your help

    Could you post back with which specific promotions you would have received these codes for? That will help us know where to look! Additionally, I would ensure that you've waited at least 10 days as these codes normally take 7-10 days to come through after
    pre-ordering.

    I had preordered FIFA 16 1 1/2 months ago and received my 1-month EA Access code through Xbox messages. Now, I can't view it anymore. Is there a way I can get the code re-sent to my account?
