hi I recently brought a game code from a game store entered the code said u own this game but couldn't find it anywhere very annoying I spoke to a very helpful lady who gave me a case number which Is 1390333835 so maybe u guys can help

Reference numbers are only used by phone and chat support. Forum support does not have access to that system.

Have you checked Sign in to your Microsoft account to see if it shows transaction?

On an xbox one console as long as you are signed into the console with a profile any digital game that was purchased that is not installed on the console already will show up in the ready to install section of my games and apps on the console.

with that being said if it is installed and is not showing up in the games section you may have the filters set wrong in the games section you can have it filter the games by xbox one only, xbox 360 only, or both so you may want to check the filters too.

even if you delete the game and download it again, your game data will not be lost

They wouldn't be losing anything as people downloading the game while it's free wouldn't of downloaded it had it not been.

Free downloads does not equate to lost sales....
