Lost digital game code

    I got Assassin’s Creed Valhalla for christmas but lost the reciept with the digital code on it. Is there any way now for me to get the code back?

    The only thing I could think of would be to have the person who got you the card to go back to the store they purchased it at and see if they can look up the purchase from the card that was used to purchase the code.

    I got this error code and the same message for strictly digital download games. I literally lost 7 games and a season pass.

    Can you change your email if you have 2 step verification on but can't use that email anymore?

    The issue is i no longer have the email so i cant get a code reset code or the phone and now that i made a new Account i lost my gold membership and can not play the games i paid for that is Digital
