Lost deadspace 1 even though I owned it

So yesterday I went to play dead space 1. I got the error code 0x803f800b. I did have Xbox live gold active. So I restarted the console. That didn't work. Then I deleted the game to reinstall it. But when I went to reinstall it said pay $14.99 what's up
with that.

I downloaded that game when it was free shouldn't I still own it. I did contact customer support but they couldn't help me. They said i didn't own dead space. Help would be welcome.

I played dead space a week ago. Support said it was not on the list of owned games for my account to clarify. The only time I had ea. access was many months ago.

My ea access expired on 7/23/16

I looked online. Get this there are now 2 instances of dead space on the Microsoft marketplace. Maybe that could possibly cause the glitch

If you really want the X1 exclusives then I suppose.

Yep Deadspace 2 is better. In deadspace 1 we saw a lot of trains for each chapter but the chapters in deadspace 2 flow together, I barely noticed them go by since was having some much fun.

Have you checked to see if it appears in your download history? If it does, you should be able to download it again from there.

wont happen ea has stated in a ign video that they wouldn't do remakes as they have no time for that. they wana make new games so the only thing i can see for deadspace is a new deadspace or bc on 1-3

Hey Kamikaze, just to let you know you're not alone.... Myself as well as the 3 friends I went to the midnight release for deadspace 3 with all have the same problem. Have them check your purchase history for deadspace 3. It's quite likely all purchase data
is missing. For some reason Microsoft lost my deadspace 3 purchases. I've talked to 4 of their support techs and every one insists it cannot happen, that it must have been an alternate account, or blah blah blah yet there are reports popping up all over of
missing purchases related to deadspace. Mister Beep, if you see this, kindly have your guys look into why these purchases are not in the accounts, there is very clearly a fault with Microsoft records keeping and could cause future problems...

Pretty much all games are better with HeadSets, it adds alot to everything though i think it was DeadSpace where i noticed alot more sounds etc
