Discus and support lost data will syncing in XBoX Games and Apps to solve the problem; I was just starting up my xbox one and had put in Forza Horizon 2, then the “sync data” Sign came up (nothing wrong yet) after 1 hour or more the game...     I was just starting up my xbox one and had put in Forza Horizon 2, then the “sync data” Sign came up (nothing wrong yet) after 1 hour or more the game started then when i got in the game it showed the controls and then the opening trailer played (I just
    thought it had glitched and after it would be fine) but when the game started up i had lost everything.
    noticed that i have over 40 games and this never happened to any game except this game and forza motorsport 5
    so i think that the problem is from the forza team thank you for wiping my data after all the games i bought from forza.

    Lost my data

    When you start your game it should start syncing automatically. My Friend deleted all my data by accident then it synced while he was playing the restarted game and now I think I've lost my data permanently lost data will syncing :(

    Halo 2 Game Saves

    Just resumed play after work but am getting a message saying "Syncing Data for Halo Master Chief Collection" followed by "Unable to retrieve latest save game data. Try again or continue offline."

    If I continue offline, all my cross-game achievement progress will be lost won't it?

    It is something that seems to happen with the Forza games.

    I lost my Forza 5 save exactly the same way,over 200 hours worth of gameplay gone.

    It has been reported but nothing seems to of been done yet.

    When starting a game offline and the sync data loads, could it retrieve my data to keep going?

    to sync the data you have to be online, the thing is that you can play it offlline but be sure eveytime you star the game you're online, because if something happens to your xbox, all data that is not sync with the could will be lost

    I went to sync from my 500gb to my new 1tb consol dark souls 2... 100+ hours..

    failed to sync
