lost data and profiles

I don't think this problem with the achievements and download history is related to the problem with the hard drive..You should contact microsoft's support chat..

 

I have asked one of the support employees to take a look at this. I hope he will respond soon... If he respond here you know soon enough. If he responds to me I'll let you know also.

Okay. It's clear to me why there is no info on the Xbox Live servers. And to be honest, thats bad news...

Playing off line only means that you haven't synchronize your xbox with the Xbox Live servers. Because of that there is no way to restore your achievements.

Sorry, but there is nothing you can do to fix that.

By the way, how is your hard drive now? And what i like to know just to be sure, did
you purchased any DLC or games on the Xbox Marketplace?

 

this is the only xbox you had, or have you ever bought a new one and not having transfered the license yet?

 

One small question just to be sure. When you say that you have played offline all the time, do you mean that the console wasn't connected to the internet all the time or do you mean that you haven't played any online multiplayer games, but the console was
connected to Xbox live?

Since it will make a difference depending on what situation it was.

 

Ok...so many questions

I was connected online and use my online profile. I set up the license on this xbox. I just don't have a gold account and therefore do not play online games. My profile on my xbox account used to show my purchases and gamer points/achievements, but now it
doesn't nor does my xbox.

hard drive on xbox is working fine now, but with no old info on it. The external is has most of my info on it, but nothing is accessible now.

I have purchased DLCs for Bioshock Unlimited and a couple of other games, but I cannot access them now.

 

Only thing what i can think of now is that the license transfer has failed.

I second the suggestion of Jemarari, it seems that something odd happened with your account and somehow got reset which shouldn't be possible.
