    Progress has been lost for all of November on all of my Microsoft games with daily challenges. No updates are currently available, so there doesn't seem to be anything I can try.

    I lost all the progress for this month in the Daily Challenges. What can be done to resolve and keep from happening again?

    I just lost all daily progress after 27 days of completing all of them. What's the deal?

    Hello ErraticOrb87497,

    We are aware of this issue and are working on an update to fix it. Please try the following to make certain that the game has not lost its internal connection to the internet. Restart your system or device by selecting "Restart" from the shutdown menu. Once
    you're back up and running, launch the game and wait a moment to make certain that it connects to Xbox Live. When you're connected, you should see your Gamertag, your avatar (if you have one), and a green checkmark in the upper right corner of the screen.

  5. I have the same problem with Microsoft Solitaire Daily Challenges History. Tried the above reply and got it back yesterday. Today it is gone again even though I am showing a good connection to Xbox. Spoke with Xbox tech today at length and he was unable
    to help. When you have an update to fix it, how will I know? I play on Surface tablet. uppity Brush100. Or *** Die E-Mail-Adresse wurde aus Datenschutzgründen entfernt. ***

    Hello UppityBrush00,

    Most updates are automatic, if you have your Surface set to receive them automatically. You can always search for updates as well:

    1. Press the Windows key

    2. Type in Windows Update

    3. Under the search bar you see on the right, choose Check for Updates

    4. In the Windows Update screen, press the Check Now button

    5. Even if it doesn't seem to find any updates, click on View Details

    6. Install any updates you see that haven't been installed- including optional ones

    7. Restart using the restart option from the shutdown menu.

    Make certain to install any optional updates as well, as they sometimes contain fixes.

    Mine says -149 Challenges(s) Remaining For PERFECT! On The December 30th It Says 0/0 And Is An Orange Color. Yet It Shows Them All Done. I Tried Everything You Posted To Do, It Didn't Work. Any Other Suggestions?
